Our Thesis

A campus engineering logbook you can trust.

CUET is an engineering university; Reform CUET is a civic tool where real students and faculty raise real campus problems and an official office (DSW) resolves them. The interface is designed to feel precise, calm, and accountable.

01

Status is the story

A problem's journey from Open → Resolved by DSW → Confirmed by the student is legible at a glance everywhere.

02

Low friction to speak

Posting a problem takes seconds; every actionable state has one obvious control with plain-language labels.

03

Accountability is visible

Real CUET identities, monospaced timestamps, and an audited resolution loop ensure things actually get fixed.

The Closed-Loop Resolution Lifecycle

Unlike social media posts that vanish or generic complaint boxes with no response, Reform CUET operates on an audited circuit:

1. OPENA student or teacher logs a problem with details and category tags. Community votes and proposes solutions.
2. RESOLVEDDSW staff or maintenance takes action and records an official public resolution note.
3. CONFIRMEDOnly the student who reported the issue can verify if it is genuinely fixed, confirming the loop.
